Stöckl Im Park Restaurant

If I could give 6 stars, I would! After dealing with the hype and tourist traps elsewhere (yes, looking at you, Figlmüller), Stöckl im Park was a revelation. This place is simply perfection. First off, the flexibility is a game-changer. While other places demand bookings weeks in advance, we booked easily via Google just two hours before. We walked right in—zero waiting in the cold. Pure luxury! The atmosphere is exquisite. We sat in the upstairs salon, and it was incredibly cozy and comfortable ("agustísimo"). No overcrowding, just a great vibe. The service was flawless: the waitresses were super kind and fast, immediately serving us their house beer in mugs, which was absolutely delicious. And the food? Out of this world. • The Pork Schnitzel: A masterpiece. Brutal size, but the flavor was the real winner—perfectly seasoned and crispy. • The Käsespätzle (cheese noodles with fried onions): Insane quality! Creamy, rich, and flavorful. Thank you for showing us what real Viennese hospitality and quality taste like. Do not waste your time elsewhere, this is the place to be!

Excellent typical Austrian restaurant with beautiful setting and elegant venue near the park, nevertheless very simple. Quite noisy I must say, thus I wouldn't recommend it for a romantic dinner, but nice to spend a business dinner (went there at night). Service is fast and impeccable. Food is well served in quantity and excellent in quality. Price very standard (starter around 8 to 10, main course around 30). I definitely recommend to book since the restaurant was already packed at 7.30pm.

This beautiful restaurant happened to be on my way to the hotel and since I was starving I decided to give it a try. The place itself is really cute and they also have outdoor seating which I imagine would be lovely when the weather is nice. I asked the waiter for a recommendation and he suggested the ribs. But since I had heard so much about pork knuckle in Vienna I decided to try that instead. It was good but I kind of wish I had listened to the waiter and gone with the ribs or maybe even the schnitzel. The pork knuckle was tasty but very fatty which to be fair is just how pork knuckle is. If you are in the neighborhood it is definitely worth a visit.

Very nice food!!! fast service on serving food! except when we want to pay the bill they are not coming fast enough. We waited 15mins just to pay. Then during payment, they are asking for tip in the payment machine.

After visiting the nearby Belvedere Palace, we stopped for a drink and light bite. Beautiful location sitting outside on the terrace, delicious food and drink. Friendly people and reasonable prices. Definitely worth visiting.

We had two mulled wine at the back of the restaurant, bought from the stall of this restaurant and there are Christmas trees and decorations, really good for experiencing Christmas.

An amazing craft brewery — highly recommended! They offer five different types of beer brewed daily, all of outstanding quality. The place is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has very reasonable prices, even though it looks much more upscale. It’s located inside in the Belvedere Museum Gardens, but the entrance is localed by the D Tram stop (Schloß Belvedere) in a lovely garden that’s perfect for relaxing and taking a break during your visit. Besides the beers, they also serve delicious traditional Austrian food, making the experience even better. My favorites were the Märzen and the Bohemia, both full of flavor. The only area for improvement is the service, as more attention to customers is needed. Still, overall, it’s a fantastic spot for those who appreciate great craft beer, good food, and charming places.
